Parents complete an admission card when a student is admitted to the school. In order that parents may be contacted readily, please ensure the school retains up-to-date information by notifying the school office of any change of address, telephone number, email address, health details or other relevant information.

Please note that for Year 1 and Pre-Primary a birth certificate and immunisation card need to be sighted.
